Pencil skirt, chiffon blouse, and nude lipstick.

Oh boy! If you have been a loyal follower for some time or if you are new (welcome), I am definitely a lipstick loving and leather obsessed kind of gal.

I chose to step out of my comfort zone with this outfit and mix my two favorite color tones together, grey and yellow.

After surprising myself, I completely am now lusting over pencil skirts and want it every color and fabrication.

Red, White, & Blue

I hope everyone has a lovely 4th of July weekend!

I decided to put together a color-block patriotic look honoring the red,white, and blue.

I paired my navy/white striped Zara shorts with a cropped red blouse. I chose to accessorize with gold, keeping all of my jewelry and shoes in the same accent color.

Stripes are currently my obsession and I can't seem to retire the classic curly hair.

Off Duty

Windy sunny days comes along with Spring season in L.A.

It has been beautiful these past few days but extremely windy.

As you can tell, it was a great struggle to shoot my brunch outfit on Sunday!

Our day consisted mainly of laughter since my hair would cover the majority of my face and as soon as I would pose, the wind would pick up again.

I found these wax coated grey jeans and fell in love. I had to wear them the same day I bought them cause they fit like a glove. Since it was still chilly, I threw on my favorite crepe graphic tank with a wool jacket and spent the day with great company!

Red, Black, & Blue

I think "plaid" is here to stay and it's safe to say that I will continue to wear it as the seasons change. It finally feels like winter in L.A so it was perfect to take out this amazing Zara statement coat out this past weekend. I wanted to keep my outfit simple but still incorporate intricate details. These jacquard Cult denim skinnies were perfect with a bow tie blouse to keep me stylish on a cold L.A day.

JANUARY WISH LIST

Graphic tees/sweatshirts are still a huge trend and most are coming with “catchy” phrases now. I love adding white accents to any outfit, especially after the Holidays. You can never go wrong with a pop colored wool coat to brighten up a gloomy day. Last but not least, accessorize your outfit with classic pumps and crystal drop earrings. I consistently wear a shade of red lipstick so I chose to lust over a hot pink color.

Pop of Burgundy

I hope everyone is having a fabulous week! 

If you didn't know already, red is my favorite color. I love any shade of red and always end up incorporating a red accent in almost every outfit. The fit and and peplum flare is a very flattering silhouette and I happen to think it's perfect for almost every body shape.

I paired my wine colored skirt with a sweater and leather to accommodate for our crazy L.A weather preparing me for a warm afternoon lunch and a cold winter night dinner.

PLEATS & BLACK PUMPS

I couldn't be any more excited to start off this week with my DSW partnership and give away shoe shopping money! Who doesn't love free shoes? I know I can always use a new pair!

Chambray & Jacquards

Happy Monday!
I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! Is everyone excited for Halloween?

As for me, I am terrified of anything that is scary but managed to spend my weekend screaming and running away from monsters at Universal Studios Horror Nights.

How was your weekend? Prior to my wonderful journey down the "Walking Dead" road, I spent my Sunday hanging out and shooting with one of my closest friends. We chose to spend our day in Old Town, Pasadena and she always manages to snap great photos.

I am wearing a black jacquard skirt that I paired with my favorite chambray top. I added leopard contrast heels and a red lip to add a pop of print and color.
