DIP DYE INTO SUMMER

As the weather is getting warmer, it’s time to bring out the shorts and bright colored tops. We had a beautiful day in LA yesterday and I chose to spend all day outside and have a lazy Sunday fun day.
Yellow is the color of the season! Lusting over the color, this Michael Stars sweater is the perfect trend setting piece for a casual yet chic day on the town.
With the weather so nice, I decided to channel my inner Cali girl and pair it with a pair of shorts and converse!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

POLKA AWAY

As printed bottoms are taking over the world, I couldn't help but to fall in love with these Zara polka dot beauties. White with velvet navy dots are the perfect transition for swapping in my jeans to more fun new prints. Paired it with an amazing muscle tee with leather piecing and a pop of red for a lunch date with some good friends.

Love you all!

Daisy Chaser

As I spent my weekend in Palm Springs, I decided to take advantage of the beautiful scenery and shoot one of my favorite outfits that I've been lusting over.
The super sleek high waist and curved hem of my skirt complimented my white daisy crop top perfectly. With Coachella fever all around me, a daisy headband was the cherry on top of a perfect Saturday well spent in the blazing sun in the desert.

Hope everyone is having a fabulous week!
Love you all!

Coachella Fever

Festival season is here.
As everyone is spending their time in the desert this weekend and the next, this post is dedicated to all the music lovers who are attending Coachella.
Inspired by flower crowns, hats, and ankle booties, I chose to shoot a look that was Coachella inspired for everyone attending.

I want to thank C&C California for this beautiful pointelle shift dress. It was truly amazing allowing me to be casual and chic but still ready to groove to the music in the heat.

Hope everyone is having an amazing weekend!
Have fun and be safe!

Fashion Saves Wildlife

If there is anything I love more than fashion, it's giving back to the community and becoming an agent for different organizations, such as Child Help USA or even Wildlife Works. Giving back is a rewarding experience and you gain much more than you give. It allows you to truly appreciate all that you have been blessed with. The potential for good is endless.

I am wearing a Wildlife Works tank and their mission is " to harness the power of the global consumer to create innovative and sustainable solutions for wildlife conservation"

I chose to pair it with my favorite hat and some dark indigo high waisted denim to get me in the festival mood with Coachella around the corner!

Hope everyone is having a fabulous day!
Love you all!

Leopard Pop

California weather is extra special. It can be very foggy and cold in the morning and by noon, the sky will clear up and we will have amazing heat and sunshine.
Having to wake up in the morning in the cold, all I could think about was throwing on a scarf to keep me warm.
I paired my favorite black skinnies with a bejeweled tee with these amazing Zara leopard sandals. It's time to put away the scarves and outerwear and bring out skirts, sandals, and dresses!

The beauty equivalent of a classic LBD

Steadily keeping up with my beauty product addiction, I wanted to do a quick post and share this primer that I picked up last week from Sephora because I wish I had known about it sooner myself. I’m always interested in tips and tricks that will help me achieve a flawless finish and I think applying primer before foundation is a must! For the past year, I have been using MakeUp ForEver HD Microperfecting Primer, which is excellent and achieves a natural even look. When I was at Sephora, I came across the Veil Mineral Primer from Hourglass and was told by one of the beauty consultants I should definitely give a try. Considering the fact that I have sensitive skin, I was hesitant at first but I was very pleased with the results and it instantly became my new favorite primer!

A primer is a serum like substance that is used before foundation as a base to make applying smoother and to last longer. I call this primer the beauty equivalent of a classic LBD because it keeps your makeup in place for hours and hours! It can be found at Sephora and comes in 2 sizes, 0.33 oz and 1.00 oz. Although it is a bit pricey, one pump is sufficient enough to cover the entire face and leaves you with a smooth satiny canvas. While Veil is not a brand new product, it is new to me. It not only softens the appearance of fine lines and pores, it absorbs excess oil allowing your makeup to stay from morning to night. I will definitely be using this everyday.

Have you tried this primer before? Thoughts?
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

Instagram Mondays

Breakfast of champions with my younger brother.

Decided to try a nude shade for spring.

Wasn't quite ready to put my beanie away for Sunday Funday.

Macaroon heaven.

Dip dye into spring.

Tried to cleanse for 3 days. Almost didn't make it.

People always ask me how long it takes to do my hair. I don’t know, I never get to my destination.
Chipotle is my weakness.

L.A palm trees.

Just wanted to share a few snap shots from my Instagram.
